How FUT Works
Celebrity begins the process by identifying areas the client is interested in restoring. Then, combined with our personalized approach, we work with you to create a customized plan to help you achieve the most natural and attractive look possible. Celebrity’s renowned technique is performed by Board Certified Hair Surgeons, certified medical professionals, and includes:
Removing Donor Tissue
- Measuring and outlining the donor site
- Applying a local anesthetic to numb the donor area
- Meticulously removing the strip of tissue
- Stitching the strip area to close the gap and allow concealment by the remaining hair
Prepare Donor Tissue
- Partition donor strips into groups or “units”
Placement of Hair Grafts
- Once the grafts are ready to be implanted, the physician will then make small incisions (slits)
New growth begins in approximately four months, with significant growth apparent after six months. Final results are visible and can be enjoyed after TWELVE MONTHS.
